The Awesome Guide to Springfield (TAG Magazine) was formed by the merger of three independent media sources – TheFourFour (music), RecSpecsOnline (sports) and S.A.U.C.E. (arts, culture, community). TAG’s stable of journalists (and a design/tech guy), all raised in the Springfield area, take pride in their knowledge of the city and ability to shift to meet the needs of our community. In short, we grew weary of the media giant’s complacency and inability to provide the news/perspective – points which are magnified by the fact that we have all been associated with said outlets.
