The Inner Office, Ltd., was formed in May 1996 as a provider of medical transcription and health information management services. In February, 2012 we sold the transcription division of our business and have redirected our many years of H.I.M. education and experience to other components of TIO. Today our services include medical coding, HIM education, health information management consulting, cancer registry services and document imaging. We also provide “scanning on the go” services to help with the migration to the EHR, storage issues, and third party record requests. We have found that insurance carriers will often pay our scanning fees for large record requests via your recommendation. The Inner Office, Ltd. takes our responsibility as Business Associates very seriously. We are well known for quality service, personal attention, and the ability to help our customers meet their goals and objectives. Our management team has strong leadership and managerial skills and attributes. Over the past 15 years, we have built a very successful business and a wide range of workgroups for a number of varied projects. We are looking to partner with other organizations to provide temporary services such as medical coding and abstracting, EHR implementation, chart review, workflow reorganization, document imaging, and eventually ICD-10 coding and consulting. We can be available as a team or individually according to the needs of the specific project.
