Our specialism is the education and well-being of the child. We offer mediation, advocacy and consultancy to both schools and parents. Jo Heywood and Kathryn de Ferrer come with years of leadership experience as a Headmistress and Deputy Head; both are accredited mediators with an additional SEND specialism, experts in pastoral care and highly knowledgable about both independent (day and boarding) and maintained schools in the UK.
