Our Mandate Experience Life Community Services (ELCS), is a registered charitable organization created to advance education by providing life-skills, leadership-skills, and employment skills training to youth in urban communities. Our Mission ELCS' goal is to provide youth with mentorship and life experiences that stimulate their desire to achieve and improve their potential for success. ELCS along with members of the community will provide a new approach to inspire the youth in our communities.
