Foundations Asheville is a young adult, mixed gender step-down community in the mountains of Western North Carolina. We serve young adults ages 18-24 who are looking to acquire the tools to make the transition from adolescence to adulthood and hope to secure meaning, direction, relationships, and self-reliance. Our approach to creating a full and rewarding life include education, vocation, community service, promoting a healthy lifestyle, relationship building, and fostering a sense of community.
