We are accredited by the British Council and located next to Leicester Square, Soho and Covent Garden so many of London’s most popular tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. Avalon students usually attend speaking classes using our specialised system AQE, for 2 hours a day, plus 1 to 2 hours of complementary General English skills classes or Exam Preparation (IELTS). All our teachers have a first degree and a CELTA qualification, and are specially trained to deliver these fast, interesting speaking classes which focus on pronunciation and correcting errors. Accommodation is provided with carefully selected home-stay families, in student residences and in private shared student houses. The school has a full and varied social events calendar, with parties, guided walks, museum visits and tours outside London. We also arrange regular weekend trips to Paris and Amsterdam.
