SOURDOUGH = [sa-uar- dó] Sourdough starter has been used for pizza and other baked goods since the origin of baking. Sourdough or “Sauardò” is our key ingredient. It ensures we have soft, aromatic and crunchy bases very day. It is the right recipe for a truly natural and genuine product. For us, “Sauardò” is synonymous with honesty, that is why you will find only fresh ingredients on our pizza. These are carefully selected, and we only use seasonal ingredients.
