One of the biggest waste management problems we face today stems from the organic sector. In many cases, organic waste is burnt or ends up in landfills, especially in developing regions, polluting the planet while losing valuable stored energy. That is why we turn organic waste into clean energy and biochar. Biochar is a carbon-rich material that can bring carbon neutrality to numerous industries, restore deforested regions, and reverse the problems faced in land nutrition and soil productivity. Our most recent project is ClimateCoffee, an initiative for processing coffee waste and promoting sustainable farming, through agroforestry projects with Indonesian coffee farmers.
