SWISCo is the provider for important local services including waste, recycling, grounds maintenance, highways and street scene services. SWISCo is a private limited company wholly owned by, and delivering services on behalf of, Torbay Council. SWISCo’s Vision is to improve and sustain where we live and work by transforming service delivery. Our Purpose is to deliver safe, reliable and efficient services to enable our communities to thrive. A range of services is already being delivered to local residents and SWISCo will also cater to the commercial sector, with plans to develop and expand services over time as the company becomes more established.
