The department of Academic Nursing at Wake Forest School of Medicine provides a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree to master's-prepared nurses who want to expand their professional skill set. Our program is online, with limited onsite sessions. Students can focus their study in their individual area of practice. Through a unique relationship with the Wake Forest School of Law, the curriculum includes credits in health-related law taught by law professors.
