PMHDC Southwest Medical Aid (PSMA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing durable medical equipment and medical supplies free of charge to other qualified charitable organizations, for their clientele, who may otherwise go without. Recipients are people who have become marginalized through poverty, fixed incomes, natural disasters or political unrest. PSMA primarily serves Southern Arizona and Mexico, but is also called upon to help other countries such as the Philippines, Belize, Guatemala, Peru, Honduras, and the African Continent.
