RAD-management is the initiative of three senior specialists from the field of finance, development, design, construction and maintenance. In an equal shareholding they bundled their long-standing knowledge of the Built Environment to cover the entire development cycle, from inception all the way through to delivery, management and maintenance. Along the way further sharholders joined the initiative and now RAD-management boasts an extensive group of directors, employees and their network of specialists. All involved have previously worked in senior positions with reputable, international firms but recognised that in our ever changing environment there is a need for smaller firms with the same expertise but with a lower cost structure to service clients at a fair price-to-quality ratio. Where there is no requirement for a major corporation balance sheet to support or fund a project, clients are better served to source skills from smaller, flexible and decisive firms that have the extensive skills and experience in house and above all will give the client personal service. It is with the above in mind that RAD-management now services the market and guarantees you as a client the professional quality, realistic promises and personal service that often is found lacking in the industry.
