The business and purpose of the Company are to acquire certain commercial income-producing real estate and renewable energy assets, generate cash flow, and distribute the profits from its operations to the Members. The Company operates as an owner, manager, and developer of real estate and production assets with a primary focus on the following activities: - Acquisition: The Company will buy all or part of selected, high-potential income-producing properties in selected geographic market areas. - Development: Where attractive opportunities exist, the Company will evaluate, plan and develop properties in ou target geographic market areas. - Property and Operations Management: The Company will manages or retains professional management services for real estate and production properties that it acquires or develops. - Divestiture: The Company, from time to time, sells off properties that are under-performing or in an effort to re-direct use of company resources.
