Launched by Japan Professional Football League (J.League) in 2015 originally as "J.League Human Capital", and was reformed into "Sports Human Capital" in 2016, with the aim to include all sports in Japan, and not only soccer. A general incorporated foundation, administrated by J.League serving as a business school specialized in Sports Business. Utilizing access to real cases, data, numbers, lecturers from not only the J.League but also the Japanese professional sports industry, it becomes unique and different from others courses. Partners with renown international academic institutions, and professional sports organizations, who provides global contents and guest lecturers to the course. VISION Both HR and knowledge developed through SHC to lift the sports business into a key industry in Japan, which would then rank with the world. To flourish as the driving force to create a happy society where the value and role of sports business is ingrained.
