The mission of Grooming the Next, LLC is to offer opportunities to youth and young adults from marginalized communities of colors to engage with a platform that provide tools, information, and inspiration to be equipped in their pursuit of their optimal goals. Grooming the Next (GNEXT) provides access through an interactive and informative platform utilizing its social capital to offer a wealth of information, inspiration, and resources to emerging leaders and professionals from underrepresented communities. Mentoring can take on any form. We aim to create an extended mentoring experience into the virtual world. GNEXT works because leading professionals of color are committed to sharing their narratives and providing insight to young leaders on how to create a pathway to their success.
