The North County Eco Alliance (NCEA) mission is to ‘Protect the Planet’ by nurturing eco-focused member organizations in the San Diego region. NCEA is a ‘backbone’ organization designed to create a ‘Collective Impact’ in the San Diego area. ** The NCEA increases member resources by advocating collaboration and sharing of information ** The NCEA improves member community outreach by facilitating cross-marketing of member events and activities. ** The NCEA reduces member operating costs by providing access to low/no cost marketing, financial/funding services, policy and compliance guidance, business management and governance and Green Think Tank subject matter experts. ** NCEA members include: nonprofits, service clubs, civic organizations and government agencies as well as for profit business.
