Quantum Laboratory is a 100% minority owned CLIA certified Laboratory. Quantum was founded by current NFL athlete Sylvester Williams. Mr. Williams established this business in St. Louis, MO in 2019. Quantum Laboratory’s mission is to bring high complexity laboratory testing the underserved communities. As a NFL player, Mr. Williams has been blessed to be able to make a living playing the game he is so passionate about. He has the same passion to positively affect the health and wellbeing of the community. With that in mind, he started this laboratory to affect change in the community and to bring testing services that have been traditionally absent. Quantum offers toxicology testing services to a variety of industries, including physician offices, employers, government agencies, health clinics, pain management practitioners, and rehabilitation centers. Quantum’s accurate drug testing helps providers mitigate the risk of drug abuse while allowing their patients to continue on controlled medications. For urine drug screens, we perform a semi-quantitative 13-part comprehensive drug profile by enzyme immunoassay (EIA) accompanied by a 3-part validity test on our state-of-the-art chemistry analyzer. In addition to the 13-part drug profile, we offer semi-quantitative buprenorphine screening. Quantum laboratory has the most advanced LC/MS instrumentation for quantitative drug confirmations, Our drug confirmations expands beyond the 13-part comprehensive drug profile to identify and quantify the exact analyses present, verify medications, test for and quantify analyses not screened in EIA, and eliminate false positives and false negatives. We test for and monitor 55 different drug compounds and metabolites by LC/MS confirmation on urine specimen.
