Our Team: Xtinge Technology Inc., established with various support programs, especially TÜBİTAK (the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey), aims to shape information and communication technologies all over the World. It is a dynamic initiative whose executives are Ph.D. degree holders: Emel Küpçü, Ph.D., completed her M.Sc. degree at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of Brown University, and her Ph.D degree at the Computer Engineering Department of Koç University. Alptekin Küpçü, Ph.D., Associate Professor, received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science at Brown University, and he is currently an associate professor at the Computer Engineering Department of Koç University.
