In March 2020, ACA partnered with International Aero Engineering (IAE) to offer its Ionization Purification System as a Portable Ground Unit. The unit utilizes the same tested, proven technology as ACA’s patented airborne system to effectively clean and purify aircraft interiors while on the ground. The electric-powered ionization and air blower unit (110V or 220V) decontaminates the interior in one to two hours, depending on aircraft size.
