As an MBTI master practitioner, I coach clients to deepen their self awareness, challenge links to old maps that are no longer useful, and overcome any limiting beliefs. My own career journey spans over 25 years career management experience in the Asia Pacific region including Australia, NZ, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore. I have coached, counselled and facilitated a diverse range of people of all nationalities from students looking for career direction to international senior executives contemplating a new career transition, including clients from multinationals & government, across various industries. I have extensive experience in executive recruitment, training and development, career transition management and leadership coaching.
