Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation is a privately-owned PT owned and led outpatient orthopedics physical therapy clinic located in downtown Washington, DC. Our physical therapists have been providing exceptional personalized care to patients since 1987, using tools and therapies proven to be the most effective for reducing pain, restoring motion, and ensuring our patients can function at their personal best. Tools and therapies used at our clinic include the Graston Technique, Game Ready cryotherapy, and trigger point dry needling, among many others! Our practice takes pride in keeping a low patient volume so our team can provide the time, care, and attention each patient needs and deserves to stop the pain, heal, and enjoy movement again. Sessions are all one-on-one with our patients for full 45-60 minute sessions.
