Cancer Services of New Mexico is a charitable, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that provides a wide range of education and assistance programs to reduce cancer suffering for New Mexico's families. All services are available at no cost to any New Mexican coping with cancer. Launched in 2001, we are the only statewide non-profit organization that looks broadly at addressing gaps in cancer-related services, while maintaining a 100% focus on New Mexico. We serve over 1,200 New Mexicans coping with cancer each year through programs like our nationally-recognized Family Cancer Retreat, our Legal, Insurance & Paperwork Assistance Program, our Family Cancer Resource Bag Program, and our Caregiver Support Program. We maintain extraordinarily low administrative costs, with no full-time staff and no physical office. Over 95% of funds raised go directly to assisting clients.
