Vintage Management has been serving the Central New York area since 2005. We currently own and operate 1300 multi-family units and 280,000 square feet of industrial and office space in and around Syracuse, Liverpool, and Bridgeport, NY. Vintage Management’s main focus, through our intense management program, is raising the quality and standards of each and every property we are involved with. In the past, through capital improvements and tenant relations, we have raised not only the value of our properties, but also the value of our company. We currently employ 35 personnel and our assets total $30 million.
