Project / Construction Management is our only business. We do not engage in any form of general contracting. The best interests of our clients is our number one priority. The combination of our design consulting and construction experience on projects with a total value of over one half billion dollars has provided us with an intimate and comprehensive understanding of the complete implementation process; inception, planning, development, design, engineering, costing, scheduling, documentation, tendering, construction, furnishing and fit-up through to turn over and occupancy. We provide brief, uncomplicated budgets, schedules and cost reporting sufficient to keep our clients fully informed but not overwhelmed with unnecessary detail.
