The month of Ramadan has profound effects on the lives of individuals and societies. The Society has been established for researchers who are engaged in research on the month of Ramadan. It provides a forum for exchange of ideas, collaboration and dissemination of research. One of the main activities of the society is holding a research conference every year, soon after the month of Ramadan. The society also produces publications, including the Journal of Ramadan Research.
