The aims and objectives of the Council are constituted to enhance bilateral trade and commerce interests of persons and corporations conducting commerce and industry between Malaysia and Pakistan, and in particular but not limited :- To promote the consideration and discussion of matters connected with or relating to bilateral commerce and industry relationship between Malaysia and Pakistan; To collate and consider to disseminate the pertinent views of the members and of any other relevant persons or organisations for the purpose of promoting trade and commerce between Malaysia and Pakistan. Such organizations include and not limited to the relevant Ministries, Agencies including the Government of Malaysia or any State therein and to any other organizations, Council or Committees concerned and to represent the interests of the Members in all matters which may be referred to it by any such Ministries, Agencies including the Government or by any of the said Members; To collate , publish and circulate pertinent information relating to commerce and industry in Malaysia and Pakistan; To coordinate and cooperate with the public and private sectors in order to promote improved growth and better understanding of commerce and industry between Malaysia and Pakistan; To serve as the main platform for Malaysia and Pakistan private sectors’ participation in the economic activities of their respective neighbouring regions;
