In 1992, Engineer Mohamed El Gendy was a site engineer overseeing the construction of the CICC, one of Egypt’s modern structural designs. In 1994, he began working for SEKEM Group International German Company (one of the leading organic agricultural companies in the world), taking over its project planning and construction for 2 ½ great years. He later joined Heliocont where he remained for another two successful years, managing significant projects. With opportunities for growth and craving for success, a joint venture was established in 1998, between Engineer Mohamed El Gendy and likeminded partners. This strong partnership gave birth to solid ‘Concrete’, a company that’s grown over the past decade to become a landmark in the construction industry.
