In accordance with our strategic initiative to expand internationally,in March 2005 JASTEC acquired, through JASTEC International, Inc., our wholly-owned subsidiary in the United States, 100% of the shares of LTU Technologies S.A.S. in France and LTU Technologies Inc., LTU's subsidiary in the United States.
