IGL are a small, yet highly professional practice of chartered building surveyors, design & construction consultants based in Blackburn, Lancashire. As such we provide services within Greater Manchester and the Northwest area but do work further afield when the need arises. Traditionally, our clients have predominantly been in the Social Housing sector, but we also work closely with private clients and the Salvation Army. We place great emphasis on the quality of service we provide to our clients, together with the training and development of staff.
