Jim, Dan and Fred Koch started Koch and Company in 1989 when they purchased their first building, known in the area as the old VFW dance hall. Their love of woodworking led them to creating a world class door and cabinet manufacturing firm with the focus on providing a quality product, that was made in the U.S.A., at an affordable price. Koch and Company doors and cabinets are proudly made in America, supplying jobs to American workers. Koch and Company plant workers perform a wide variety of jobs, from sanding, finishing and assembly, to packaging and shipping. While Koch and Company has grown steadily since it opened, they still have that home town family atmosphere.
