This includes maintaining productivity (including infrastructure needs) and meeting off-taker needs 2. Designing the agricultural project. This includes internal management, selecting supplier partners and meeting requirements of off-takers or retailers. 3. Providing tailored solutions and appropriate business model for each project. ImpactAgri can take a number of roles in a project including advisor, technology supplier/operator and project manager. The investment mode, duration of involvement, equity perspective will be agreed case-by-case. 4. Delivering the project. In each country of operation, local subsidiaries with local support manage and execute each of our projects.
