Since Flint Change was established in 2014 by Alex Walker she has been supporting Leadership teams to create the optimum environment to implement change. In 2020, Alex has come together with two long-time colleagues to enhance the breadth of knowledge and experience within the business. Marianne Avery and Lucy Palmer bring with them tried and tested experience in Customer Experience and Programme Management, creating a wide-ranging set of skills and knowledge to widen the Flint Change offering to encompass Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Social Media and Change Management. In this time of uncertainty and unprecedented change, we will be sharing our thoughts and ideas on how to guide Leadership teams though the challenges currently being faced.
