The Canadian Textile Industry Association (CTIA) represents Canada’s primary textile producers – a group of innovative manufacturing companies producing high-quality, value-added textiles. Companies are often a major employer in their community, providing well-paid manufacturing jobs and creating significant economic spin-offs. Established in 2009, CTIA is a national non-profit association focused on promoting Canada’s textile sector. As a means for collective industry action, we advocate and influence government policy affecting the industry, with particular focus on procurement and trade. CTIA also fosters collaboration, innovation and communication among its members, providing up-to-date, reliable information about issues of interest and concern to the industry.
