When the body and mind feel safe and listened to, the anxiety, worry and pain from decades ago starts to release in a very gentle and safe way. As the process deepens and continues, deeper layers of trauma, which affect thinking and memory, start to go away. Gradually the world becomes a better place, and family and friends start to notice. Once you can make the connection within yourself and are better able to listen and understand, your healing capacity can become limitless.
