The purpose of the UNITED STATES WOLF REFUGE is to promote and protect the welfare of all wolves and wolf-dogs throughout North America by providing information, education, refuge, and adoption services. Our overall goals are to return the wolf to its rightful place within our ecology and to promote healthy and harmonious relations between man and the wolf-dog. We are actively involved in the Mexican wolf recovery program. This is the most highly endangered wolf in the world.
