Democrats for Education Reform Colorado (DFER-CO) is a powerful stakeholder within the Democratic party, striving for the following initiatives * To champion greatness in the Colorado public education system by supporting innovative policies, development of best practices and replication of successful models. *To challenge the contentious sides of Colorado's political establishment to focus policy decision making on educational outcomes for kids and not on the politics of adults. *To redefine what is possible in the progressive movement, public service and the political process, with the goal of creating a high-quality public school system that provides all Colorado children the chance to succeed.
