Meridian Utilities Ltd is a joint venture company consisting of Morrow Contracts Ltd, Mills Contracts Ltd and T O'Connell & Sons. They are based in Belfast and are supporting Northern Ireland Water through a range of clean and waste water contracts. Most notably Meridian is one of four contractors who successfully bid for a four year water main improvement contract across Northern Ireland that lasts until 2021. This contract is one of NI Water’s largest contracts, which will deliver major improvements to the water mains infrastructure throughout Northern Ireland between 2017-21. The scheme will also improve water quality, security of supply and reduce leakage.
