Everyone has their reason for wanting a massage ; it could be stress from lockdown, stress related to working hard or family problems, a sports injury, poor posture, the list is endless. The great thing is all the reasons are good are good reasons and massage has a way of resolving life’s multiple different inflictions. My story was sports related. When I was 14yrs old, I developed severe shin splints which left me in tears after exercise. Running has always been very important to me physically and mentally . I tried everything and in the end a specialist Doctor told me surgery was my only option. I thought he was crazy and as a last resort I went to see a Sports Masseur. Yes the treatments were vigorous and rather painful. However after three sessions I could run again, smiling and completely free. I have been passionate ever since by the power of massage therapy. Eight years later I took the same course that my masseur had done because I knew that it was the best. I’m here to help.
