We are a collective of creatives who design, organize and run live-action roleplaying games and gamification content. We have been working together since 2014. Our flagship product - a series of the "Famiglia Bonifacio" games - has been played dozens of times in Croatia and abroad. You may be on the lookout for fun activities which would increase group cohesion and employee connectivity within teams or the company in general, or perhaps facilitate and accelerate the integration of new employees. We have a solution for these problems. Our team of experienced designers has created more than 20 specific games perfect for these purposes. In our games the outcome depends on the decisions and actions of all those involved, which enables better awareness of strengths and weaknesses of particular team members while dealing with specific situations such as making decisions under pressure, negotiating in difficult circumstances, and managing people, time and resources. Our games can also serve as a tool for more intuitive acquisition of new knowledge, encouraging creative thinking, acting and collaborating, focusing on teamwork and interaction, problem solving and achieving goals in unconventional ways. The games are easy to learn and play. They are extremely fun and encourage resourcefulness, ingenuity and creativity. We offer games of various formats and themes, lasting between two and five hours, depending on the group size and individual wishes. We can accommodate groups of 5 to 55 participants. All games include briefing, the game itself and debriefing. In addition to ready-made games which we can run live in a space of your choosing we also offer online games via Zoom.
