Founded in 1983 by a group of 15 illustrious Italian-South African entrepreneurs, the Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organisation which aims to become the principal destination for commerce between Italy and South Africa. Its main goal is to stimulate the commercial relations between the two countries. The Chamber provides a common platform for the Italian community in Johannesburg and for its local partners.
