Yayasan Lari Nusantara is the founder and organizer of NusantaRun, an annual ultra marathon charity event which aims to contribute to education sector in Indonesia. What we believe: 1. Contributing to those who are in need in Indonesia We believe that there are many noble causes in Indonesia that deserve and need to be supported. We believe that there are many people who are willing to contribute either their time, money, strength or other skills for others yet they don’t know where or how to donate. We believe through NusantaRun we are giving people the means to share their gifts through running, financial donations and/or volunteering. 2. Visiting the landmarks of Indonesia We believe there are many beautiful landmarks across Indonesia that can and should be exposed to both Indonesians and foreigners. We believe these places will be exposed through our cause by starting and/or finishing each NusantaRun from those landmarks. 3. Promoting healthy lifestyle through running in Indonesia We believe that running can create massive changes in someone’s lifestyle from their body wellbeing, their mindset, their attitude to many others. We believe by running around our nusantara we will promote running as a healthy habit throughout Indonesia.
