Since our beginning in 1987, our experienced team of industry professionals has served the unique needs of each of our customers with diligence. Our facilities are well equipped to custom fabricate assemblies from materials such as Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel. We can handle assemblies up to 70 metric ton in weight. We have a preferred vendor relationship with BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited, largest manufacturer of power plant equipment in India). For them we have fabricated various components of Steam Turbine 250/500 MW and different assemblies of Hydro Turbine like L. P. Outer Casing, Stator Frame, Front Wall, Spiral Casing, Stay Ring, Runner, Draft Tube Cone etc and Foundation Plates for Turbo sets. Our other customers include Alstom Bharat Forge Power Limited, L&T - Howden, L&T MHI, Loesche India, Toshiba JSW Power Systems. We have expert team of engineers, qualified dedicated technicians and skilled workmen to delivery any type of fabricated items. The total work force is about 130 persons. We are well conversant with National & International Welding Standards. We are tuned to inspection agencies like LLOYDS/ TUV/Quest/RITES.
