Vacuum Interrupters, LLC. (VI), a Group CBS Company, is one of the few resources currently available for the replacement and repair of obsolete interrupters. VI has worked for years establishing a company capable of supplying replacement products for the aging fleet of vacuum interrupters in service in the electrical power systems of the world. Engineering, manufacturing and testing cycles for these products are very long and tedious, but VII has been unrelenting and will soon stock over 300 replacements and upgrade designs in its library/inventory. VI also focuses to support customers by providing value-added services such as field service testing, repair, replacement and spare parts. VI will help the power industry extend the life of heavy electrical equipment worldwide with minimal downtime.
