Sourcing Tools & More. It all started in 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic struck. We had the ideea of this project that will help the HR community and beyond a long time ago, and thanks to the lock down period we had the time needed to make it happen. The purpose was to simplify the X-Ray Search process and to improve the solutions available in the market. We know how difficult and time consuming X-Ray Search is if you don't have at hand a super tool like ours. :) We hope you will enjoy and appreciate the platform and use it in your day to day sourcing activities. We plan to keep it up to date with all the changes in the market, restrictions or limitations imposed by some platforms, so you wont have to worry about that. We don't want to stop here. 1 smart recruiter has to be more than just a sourcing tool and we plan to take it to the next level by adding new functionalities and tools in time.
