All the properties in the portfolio have been developed, built, tenanted and managed by the Improvon group. Improvon was established in 1995 with the founders still active in the business. We have developed and tenanted more than 1 200 000 m2 of logistics properties for use by warehousing and distribution operators across South Africa. Our joint venture with private equity group Actis will leverage our substantial 480ha (4 800 000 m2) land bank in key infrastructure nodes in South Africa, Zambia and Kenya to source and structure unique warehousing and logistics solutions for our clients.
