Klein, a lawyer’s lawyer and real property authority began practicing law in Miami, Florida during 1949. He moved to Ocala in 1962 and he and his son, H. Randolph Klein, formed Klein & Klein in 1976. Father and son practiced law together for over twenty-six years until Harvey’s death in 2003. H. Randolph Klein practiced solo for three years after his father’s death until employing Fred N. Roberts, Jr. in 2006 and Lawrence C. Callaway, III in 2008. Klein & Klein, LLC was formed in 2009.
