Every Valley Leadership Academy's mission is to lift up Chattanooga's overlooked youth with a message of hope and an experience of God's glory in their relationships, in their education, in their employment, and in the life of our community. By God’s grace and through His power, we: PREVENT at-risk behaviors through Bible studies, academic support, creative programming, employment opportunities, conflict resolution, and emergency housing opportunities. RESCUE youth in crisis through intervention and crisis management, evangelism, apologetics, and connections to vital resources in the community. SUSTAIN positive choices through leadership development, mentoring, permanent housing, vision and calling guidance, college and career preparation and coaching. CATALYZE area churches to engage disconnected youth with opportunities to be included and to belong to nurturing, new covenant families. Our vision is to develop a generation of leaders who embrace their studies, their work, and their whole lives as a calling from God, as a showcase for His gifts and His glory, and as an embassy for bearing faithful witness to Christ’s present and coming kingdom.
