Established by Dr Peter Hart in early 1996, Hartwood Consulting is based in South Melbourne, Victoria and provides electrical and mechanical engineering services with specialties in electrical safety, expert forensic investigations, heavy vehicle certification and heavy vehicle (electrical) technologies. Hartwood Consulting will provide thorough and competent engineering consulting services. We will aim for continuity and reliability to clients. We will be objective and independent.
