Brielle Valle Consulting
www.briellevalleconsulting.comMy business was created to serve managers -- from first-time to mid-career, to senior leaders alike. In my consulting practice, a behavioral methodology is used to educate managers about helpful and unhelpful tendencies and to hone strengths. Researchers have found the primary reason turnover occurs is due to disengagement -- a direct response to poor management. As coachees become aware of their management skills, the result will be more cohesive teams leading to retention, an increase in discretionary effort, and improved communication. My programming is built around business drivers to support organizational success which is directly correlated to interpersonal success. The coaching flow and practices I employ are rooted in empirics and are academically supported. I hold an undergraduate degree in communication, a master’s degree in leadership and organizational communication, and I completed my research courses in a doctorate program for business leadership. I am presently pursuing a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. An integral part of my business is empowering women through educational keynote presentations and 1:1 coaching sessions. I am dedicated to helping women harness their voice and confidence. I am committed to helping organizations rework policies to create equitable working enviornments.
