We also volunteered for 25 years, at The Portland Housing Center, a non-profit community housing resource for first time buyers and Neighborworks partner, teaching classes creating an educated buying public. Our mission is still to promote opportunities to first time buyers. Gary is a volunteer mediator for both Multnomah and Clackamas Counties. Gary holds an Oregon Contractors license. Together we have 30+ years experience rehabbing homes and assisting clients in creating maximum value in their purchases and for resale of their homes.
